Redicast Golden Rules

Redicast Golden Rules

RediSafe # Golden Rules of Redicast:

At Redicast, safety is more than a requirement—it is a fundamental value that guides every decision, every activity, and every project we undertake. Our Golden Rules represent our commitment to protecting our people, clients, partners, assets, and the communities in which we operate. They establish clear expectations for safe behaviour and reinforce the personal responsibility each individual has in creating and maintaining a safe working environment.

We believe that every incident and injury is preventable when work is properly planned, risks are identified and controlled, and tasks are performed by competent people following approved procedures. Safety requires continuous awareness, effective communication, disciplined execution, and the courage to intervene whenever an unsafe condition or behaviour is identified.

Every person working for or on behalf of Redicast has the responsibility and authority to stop work when conditions are unsafe. No production target, schedule, operational requirement, or commercial objective takes priority over the health and safety of our people.

Through strong leadership, individual accountability, continuous learning, and active participation at every level, we strive to continuously improve our safety performance and strengthen a culture where everyone looks out for one another. By following our Golden Rules without compromise, we remain committed to achieving our ultimate goal: Zero Harm—ensuring everyone returns home safely, every day.
